How are BA Job prospects?

Business Analyst job is a new economy job and picked very lately. Even today not every project has an expert BA. As the industry growing and currently every project is going to have a professional BA job role as mandatory like a Programmer or a Tester, the BA job prospects are like never seen before.

As BA job is very niche in nature, generally IT companies do not let them go out. Hence there will be hardly any BA looking out for a job in the market. It is very difficult for IT companies to recruit a working BA as not many are interested to change their jobs.

This demand-supply gap is really huge; hence professionally trained BA aspirants are in more demand now. It will be the same for another 5-6 years for sure.

Projects implementation exposure will be key here.
